To reach LACMA by car from Milano or from the Switzerland you can take the A9 Highways, get out in Como-Grandate, follow for Erba-Lecco-Bergamo through the provincial road 342 till Tavernerio, then follow the Lecco direction through the provincial road 639 untill you reach Albese con Cassano.
